Newsletter and Updated 4th of July Hours!

We are updating our 4th of July hours and we are now closing Friday, the 4th, Saturday the 5th, Sunday the 6th and Monday the 7th so we can really enjoy time with our families. Let the fire works begin!!! We will see you Tuesday, July 8th!

Stock the Stash! 45 New Bolts of Marcus Brothers Civil War Fabrics Have Arrived!

We just received a huge order from Marcus Brothers - 45 new bolts of Civil War fabric! Some of the wonderful bolts we received are from the Paula Barnes Companion Collection, the R & B Tavern Collection, Molly B's Basics, and many, many more. The Civil War wall is full to bursting! Come on by and "Stock the Stash!"

Summer Hours

The lazy days of summer have arrived so we've decided to roll back our Wednesday hours to 4:00. It's time to stay out of the heat and in the cool air-conditioning and sew, sew, sew!  We will be open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 until 4:00.

And Third Place goes to Deanna Sola! Deanna sent us a photo of her finished Spring Fling quilt yesterday and thus she wins third place and a free yard of fabric as well as bragging rights! And Second Place goes to Theresa Arrison! Theresa emailed us a photo of her finished Spring Fling quilt last night at 10:15 p.m. and thus she wins second place and a free yard of fabric as well as bragging rights! Theresa, come by the shop and choose your fabric soon!

Flo Bradbury Finishes Her Spring Fling Mystery Quilt First!

And the winner from the Spring Fling Mystery class is.... Flo Bradbury! Flo won the first yard of fabric by finishing her quilt top first. She submitted this to us Sunday night at 10:38 p.m. Who will finish next and win? We can't wait to see who will come in second and third?

Kaffe Fassett Is In The Building!!!

Kaffe Fassett is in the building!!!  Our first shipment has arrived and we couldn't be more pleased.  Kaffe's newest line is beautiful, as always, and we can't wait to show them off!!  Come by and get a yard or two yourself.

I just got a phone call from two of our Saturday students for the Jan Cunningham applique class. They asked to be moved to Friday, which leaves us two openings on Saturday. If you want to take the class on Saturday, give us a call today! Remember, the class dates are Friday, March 14th and Saturday, March 15th.
